Program for Humanities in Medicine: "Hormones, Heroes & Hucksters: Chelsea Clinton in Conversation with Dr. Randi Hutter Epstein"

We are pleased to kick off our lecture series with a special event in Harkness Auditorium on Thursday, September 27 from 12:00 (noon) – 1:00PM, featuring a conversation between Chelsea Clinton, MPH, MPhil, Author; Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation; Adjunct Assistant Professor, Health Policy and Management, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and Randi Hutter Epstein, MD, MPH, Writer-in-Residence, Program for Humanities in Medicine, Yale Medical School; Lecturer, Yale University; Adjunct Professor, Columbia University.

Clinton and Epstein will discuss how patient activism, ethics, and marketing have shaped scientific research and therapies within the context of Epstein’s new book, AROUSED: The History of Hormones and How They Control Just About Everything.
