He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital. He completed his fellowship in Hematology & Oncology at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Chang sees patients in Trumbull, CT and the Smilow Classical Hematology program in Orange, CT.
