The American College of Epidemiology (ACE) has selected Greg Rhee, PhD, assistant professor adjunct of psychiatry, to be a Fellow in the college.
Admission as a Fellow recognizes significant and sustained contributions to epidemiology. Fellows can vote and hold leadership positions in the college governance structure.
ACE is a professional organization of epidemiologists that serves the interests of its members through sponsorship of scientific meetings, publications, and educational activities, recognizing outstanding contributions to the field and advocating for issues pertinent to epidemiology.
Rhee is a pharmaco-epidemiologist and mental health services researcher studying access to care, quality of care, and clinical and patient-reported outcomes in patients with psychiatric and/or substance use disorders. His current research focuses on mood disorders, dementias, and suicidality as well as cannabis and opioids.
