Adjusting multiple publications at once

To CiteDCA Citation Guide
- 00:02A feature of publications is
- 00:04the ability to change
- 00:06en masse
- 00:07the status
- 00:08or category for multiple publications
- 00:10at once.
- 00:11You can also change their
- 00:12privacy flag
- 00:14at once.
- 00:15Simply select the publications that
- 00:17you want to adjust by
- 00:19clicking the box,
- 00:25then scroll back to the
- 00:26top.
- 00:27If you want to change
- 00:27these to appear publicly on
- 00:29your profile,
- 00:30click this button.
- 00:32If you want to change
- 00:33the category,
- 00:34we import everything as a
- 00:35peer reviewed original research article.
- 00:37We realize this is incorrect,
- 00:39and we're working with dimensions
- 00:40to update this. But in
- 00:41the meantime, you must update
- 00:42it manually.
- 00:44You can click this category
- 00:45button
- 00:46and select the category that
- 00:47applies to those articles.
- 00:49If an article isn't yours
- 00:51or multiple articles are not
- 00:52yours, you can select the
- 00:53articles and change their status
- 00:56to rejected,
- 00:57which will pull them off
- 00:58of your profile and alert
- 00:59our team.
