Diversity
DICE provides outreach to strengthen the pipeline of individuals for healthcare and biomedical careers who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, are first generation college graduates, or have otherwise faced significant obstacles in pursuit of higher education and or academic careers; in regard to diversity, our ultimate goal is to identify and recruit talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. To accomplish this, we partner with trainees and faculty to support pipeline programs at every stage of education:
Medical Student Affinity Groups
DICE works directly with medical student groups. All YSM affinity groups are open to all YSM students (MD, PA, and MD-PhD).
