Biography
Rachel Ebling, PhD, is a clinical psychologist who specializes in maternal mental health and parenting. She is a research faculty member in the Yale Child Study Center, and is the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Learning for Elevate Policy Lab. Dr. Ebling earned her doctorate in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has since worked at the intersection of intervention development and research. Her work focuses on family relationships and mental health. Dr. Ebling has worked with the MOMS Partnership in different capacities since 2013, including her current role with Elevate, which is working to scale the MOMS model.
