Biography
Jane M. Kanowitz, MD received her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed her fellowship in medical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Most recently, Dr. Kanowitz served as the medical director for oncology services at Bristol Hospital Cancer Care Center. Prior to relocating to Connecticut, she served as the breast program leader for Presbyterian Oncology Group in Albuquerque, NM and at Mid-Hudson Hematology/Oncology where she established their accredited breast cancer program. Dr. Kanowitz’s patients have praised her warmth, concern, and humor and greatly appreciate her commitment to personalized care.
