Claudine Litman, MBA

Claudine Litman is the Executive Director at the Yale/YNHH Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE). CORE is a leading national outcomes research center dedicated to transforming healthcare for the betterment of people and society by leveraging data, analytics, and technology. As the Executive Director, she oversees Business Strategy, Business Operations, and New Business Development. With over twenty years of experience in leading design and strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, Claudine brings a unique blend of expertise by applying human-centered design methodologies to address business opportunities and challenges in the healthcare sector. She also founded Gendron Design and Innovation (GDI), a healthcare design consulting group focused on helping healthcare organizations to elevate their products, culture, and experiences by using data and human-centered design. Preceding the launch of GDI, Claudine put her leadership and strong design sensibility to work as a partner and design practice lead at VSA Partners. As a creative and business lead, Claudine was instrumental in building and leading teams, as well as project plans, on company-wide strategic initiatives for clients such as IBM, Bloomberg, and Nike. She holds two degrees in design from the Cégep de Sherbrooke and the School of Visual Arts, as well as an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Claudine’s work has been recognized in multiple design competitions and publications, such as Cannes, Graphis, Communication Art, Designing Brand Identities, and Effie, among others.
