Biography

Timothy Hsiao is a Connecticut native and Postgraduate Associate at Yale University pursing an interest in the intersection of medicine and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Specialization in Bioinformatics from the University of California San Diego, where he conducted research on liver cancer and contributed to a publication.


Outside of medicine and research, he is interested in music, serving as a co-head and instructor of Asayake Taiko, a form of Japanese drumming, and cello section leader of The Intermission Orchestra at UC San Diego.
