Javid Dadashkarimi

I’m Javid Dadashkarimi, a Ph.D. candidate in the computer science department at Yale University. I’m grateful to work with Dustin Scheinost and Amin Karbasi in my Ph.D. I am working on a data harmonization problem where connectomes derived from functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) are released in different resolutions through given brain atlases. Due to privacy issues, individuals may not agree to release their data in a raw form, which limits the usability of your brain-behavior association models.
