Travis Whitfill

Travis works closely with Dr. Auerbach to provide analytical and research support to the ImPACTS research group, as well as the Department of Pediatrics, and the INSPIRE research network. The main goal of his research is to measure and improve the quality of care provided to critically ill and injured pediatric patients in emergency departments using simulation. In this capacity, he has conducted the analyses for several large multi-center studies, has provided hospital-level analytics for quality improvement, and is collaborating with other members of the ImPACTS and INSPIRE networks to describe the landscape of pediatric care across the US. He is also interested in the quality and improvement of cardiac resuscitation.
