- Total RNA for Expression analysis requirements
- Biotinylated cRNA for Expression analysis: >800ng @150ng/ul for 8- and 12-sample chips; >1.5 ug for 6-sample chips
- Genotyping: 1ug @70ng/ul if using a spectophotometer (50 ng/ul if using fluorometry) with agarose gel picture.
- Methylation: 1ug @70ng/ul if using a spectophotometer (50 ng/ul if using fluorometry) with agarose gel picture
