Our Location
Yale Eye Center occupies 13,100 sq. ft. of clinical space and an additional 3,600 sq. ft. of administrative and faculty space. This state-of-the-art clinic boasts cutting-edge diagnostic technology, 28 newly furnished exam lanes, and 7 rooms dedicated to diagnostic testing. Patients are certain to enjoy more convenient parking, either using the valet parking services, or the Temple Street Garage, connected directly by a second story skywalk, or the Temple Medical Garage, connected directly to 40 Temple Street on the first level. All departmental telephones remain the same.

- Driving Directions
If you are traveling to New Haven on I-91 South:
Take Exit 1 onto Route 34 toward downtown New Haven. On Route 34 move immediately into the right lane and take Exit 1 (downtown New Haven). Go through the first light at intersection of North Frontage and Church Street. The entrance to the Temple Facility Garage is on the right.
If you are traveling to New Haven on I-95 from the North or South:
On I-95 take Exit 47 onto Route 34 toward downtown New Haven. On Route 34 move immediately into the right lane and take Exit 1 (downtown New Haven). Go through the first light at intersection of North Frontage and Church Street. The entrance to the Temple Facility Garage is on the right.
If you are traveling to New Haven on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway from the direction of New York City:
On the Parkway, take Exit 54 for connector to I-95. At end of connector, take I-95 north toward New Haven. On I-95 take Exit 47 onto Route 34 toward downtown New Haven. On Route 34 move to right lane and take Exit 1 (downtown New Haven). Go through the first light at intersection of North Frontage and Church Street. The entrance to the Temple Facility Garage is on the right.
If you are traveling to New Haven on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway from the direction of Hartford:
On the Parkway, take Exit 57 to Route 34 East. Follow Rt. 34 East for 4.4 miles to Ella T. Grasso Boulevard. Turn right at light on E.T. Grasso (Route 34 E. & Route 10 S.) On E.T. Grasso, proceed to the second light and turn left onto Legion Avenue which becomes South Frontage Road. At the sixth light, turn left on York Street (pass under the Air Rights Garage). On York Street proceed to the second light and turn right on George Street. Proceed through the first light, which is the intersection with College Street. The entrance to the Temple Facility Garage is on the right.
If you are traveling to New Haven on Route 34 East from the direction of Waterbury:
Follow Route 34 east, after crossing Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway, for 4.4 miles to Ella T. Grasso Boulevard. Turn right at light on E.T. Grasso (Route 34 E. & Route 10 S.) On E.T. Grasso, proceed to the second light and turn left onto Legion Avenue which becomes South Frontage Road. At the sixth light, turn left on York Street (pass under Air Rights Garage). Temple Surgical Center: There are two garages connected to the Temple Medical Building (patients will be charged an hourly rate to park in either of these garages):

The cost of parking for either self-parking or valet parking is the same. Up to 1 hour is $4, up to 2 hours is $8, the maximum cost for parking is $14.

Take I-95 to Exit 24. At end of ramp take a right (our building is directly in front of you -- a five story brick, white and glass building -- across from Staples and Verizon.) Take your first left. Our driveway will be the first one on the right.
I-95 Southbound (from New Haven)
Take I-95 to Exit 24. At end of ramp take a left. Go to the first stoplight. Take a right. Go through one stoplight. Go to the first stop sign. Our driveway is directly across the street to the right.
ROUTE 15 Southbound (from New Haven)
Take Route 15 to Exit 52. Once on the exit, bear left towards Bridgeport. This is the Route 25/8 Connector. Follow to I-95 South. Take I-95 to Exit 24. At end of ramp take a left. Go to the first stoplight. Take a right. Go through one stoplight. Go to the first stop sign. Our driveway is directly across the street to the right.
ROUTE 15 Northbound (from Stamford)
Take parkway to Exit 49S (this is Rte 25/8 connector). Follow connector to I-95 South. Take I-95 to Exit 24. At end of ramp take a left. Go to the first stoplight. Take a right. Go through one traffic light. Go to the first stop sign. Our building is directly across the street to the right.
ROUTE 8 Southbound (from Waterbury)
Take Route 8 South to I-95 in Bridgeport. Take I-95 South to Exit 24. At end of ramp take a left. Go to the first traffic light. Take a right. Go through one traffic light. Go to the first stop sign. Our driveway is directly across the street to the right.
