Overview
I am interested in working with and developing new technologies to facilitate our lab's research into congenital malformations. Recently I have used Tol1 and Tol2 transposon technology to create research models with tissue specific fluorescent expression. My current project involves using CRISPR technology to create Knock-in and KO transgenic lines.
