Courtney Annunziata

Courtney currently is the Program Coordinator for The Yale Affiliated Hospitals Program. She comes from an extensive background in medicine having been a Medical Assistant in previous years of her employment here and outside of Yale.

In her current position she independently manages a group of 9+ hospitals seeking to improve graduate medical education and enhance patient care in Southern Connecticut.

She continuously reconfigures and re-constructs a unique database for our Yale elective processes. Including collection of initial requests, processing, redeveloping, improving and enhancing the database each year. During initial set up for each academic year she launches algorithms for optimization of requests and availability while maintaining all reports and changes.

She cultivates open, transparent, and consistent communication with key Chair, Directors and faculty at Yale University as well as the 9+ Affiliated Hospitals. She continuously maintains constant communication and professionalism with key faculty in the YNHH House staff, epic resources and training, and other departments and sections through out all of YNHH.

Courtney also maintains a 700+ lecture series provided to our Southern CT sites. As well as arranging and over seeing the programs yearly retreats, quarterly meetings and maintaining and developing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

Courtney is always assessing processes to improve experiences for clients internally and externally to give the best level of service for our program.
