Collaborative Excellence

Yale Urology’s committee on collaborative excellence is focused on several important objectives:

• To strengthen the recruitment, retention, support, and promotion of a department workforce with diverse perspectives and experiences
• To foster an inclusive work environment that welcomes and celebrates all
• To ensure inclusion of diverse perspectives and experiences on decision-making bodies
• To understand and study solutions for disparities in access, provision, and outcomes of medical education and patient care
