Health Outreach to Teens (HOTT)

Free comprehensive primary care for youth, 13-22. Medical care, mental health counseling, referrals for group support/specialty care. Open to all, but designed for LGBT/questioning/homeless youth.

Metropolitan Psychiatric and Family Counseling Practice

The Center, Gender Identity Project

Peer and professional-based counseling, support groups and transcommunity events, as well as information and referrals, and HIV/AIDS prevention for transgender, gender-different, gender-questioning people, their partners and families. GIP offers professional education, sensitivity-training, community forums and education to organizations that offer medical and mental health care, substance and alcohol abuse and HIV/AIDS services.

The Door–A Center of Alternatives, Inc

Crisis intervention, short-/long-term counseling, sexual/general healthcare in licensed clinic; independent living skills, legal, educational, vocational, recreational programs for youth, 12-20.
