Tahirah Armstrong

Tahirah Armstrong is a Mobile Health Assistant for InSTRIDE working on the InMOTION project. She is a dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professional with a strong background in public health. Tahirah earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion Studies with a concentration in Holistic and Integrative Health, along with a minor in Community Health, from Western Connecticut State University in 2021. Committed to furthering her knowledge and impact in the healthcare industry, Tahirah is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health at the University of Bridgeport. She worked as a Contact Tracer during COVID-19 pandemic to track the spread of contagious diseases. She looks forward to making a difference with the InMOTION project bringing integrated care to your neighborhood.
