An Introduction to the All of Us Researcher Program
This class provides a high-level overview of the All of Us Research Program, an NIH initiative with data from over 849,000 participants, including electronic health records, whole genome sequencing, Fitbit devices, surveys, medications, laboratory measures, and more. This class will cover the program's purpose, data sources, storage, creating datasets, and analytic tools available through the Researcher Workbench. Participants will also have a chance to create a user account and register for data access. This course serves as a prerequisite for future All of Us training courses offered by the Cushing / Whitney Medical Library.
This class will be held in-person at the Cushing / Whitney Medical Library on 1/27/2025 from 1-3pm in room E 28/29.
Please bring a laptop and if you intend to create an All of Us account, an official government issued ID (driver’s license or passport).
