Stem Cells, Jumping Genes & RNA Regulation - The Lin Lab at Yale School of Medicine
Lin Lab
Where brilliant minds and kind hearts meet to create meaningful discoveries
We study the fundamental biology of stem cells and RNA regulation, with a focus on the Piwi-piRNA pathway and genome stability. Our goal is to uncover how stem cells maintain their identity and integrity, advancing knowledge with implications for development, regeneration, and disease. Through innovative research and collaborative science, we aim to drive discovery and train future leaders in stem cell research.
Research
Stem Cell Self-Renewal, Epigenetic and Post-transcriptional Gene Regulation, and Piwi-piRNA Pathway and Transposon Silencing.
