3D Tumor Lab

The 3D Tumor Lab is dedicated to using innovative AI technologies to help physicians make the most informed clinical decisions. We work to automate the generation of 3D tumor models for more accurate measures of tumor growth and generate accompanying visualization tools with the goal of improving physician and patient knowledge.

Our lab is focused on developing software to automate the identification, measurement, and growth of central nervous system (CNS) tumors. Our goal is to generate clinical tools that are easy to use, accessible and fast so that volumetric tumor analysis can be used in clinical settings.
