Mindful: Exploring Mental Health Through Art
We invite you to share your visual responses to the prompt “Mindful: Exploring Mental Health Through Art”. Experiences such as love, uncertainty, caring for others, joy, loneliness, anger, and awe can all impact one’s mental health. The visual arts can play a significant role in giving solace or inspiration to the multiple moods of the mind. Cultivating creativity can help synthesize knowledge, experiences, frustrations, and can support our mental health. We invite you submit artwork in response to your journey or the journeys of others.
