Dina Ardito

Dina Ardito is a senior administrative assistant for the Palliative Care program at Yale Cancer Center. Dina joined the program in 2018, bringing with her decades of administrative and supervisory experience in the nonprofit field. In her current role, Dina provides administrative support to Chief of the Palliative Care Service Dr. Jennifer Kapo as well as to Palliative Care attendings Dr. Elizabeth Prsic, Dr. Andrew Putnam, and Dr. Vinay Rao. She also provides essential organizational support for Schwartz Center Rounds, bimonthly sessions that provide caregivers with a forum to discuss challenging and emotional cases with the goal of improving compassionate, patient-centered care and alleviating burnout. In the office, Dina's colleagues appreciate both her thoughtfulness and her impeccable fashion sense. Outside of work, Dina is an avid runner. She comes from a large tight-knit family in West Haven, and she and her husband Ron can often be found with their families whenever possible.
