Yamille Michelle Sanchez-Silva, MPH

Yamille (Michelle) Sanchez-Silva has over 10 years of experience working in health data analytics and quality outcomes since earning her MPH with a concentration in Global Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. More recently, she obtained Epic certification in Healthy Planet for population health solutions and Cogito for reporting and analytics. In her most recent position, Michelle used her experience in leadership, the EMR and data analytics to lead a team of EMR Specialists in developing new solutions at Caring Health Center in Springfield, MA for grant program management and reporting, operational reporting and validation of UDS measures. Previously, as the Director of Health Informatics at University Health System in San Antonio, TX, Michelle led a team of Sr. Quality Data Analysts who were responsible for validating data and reporting final numbers reporting in fulfillment of Texas’ 1115 Waiver, as well as overseeing audits.
