Kaufman, Sullivan Address 2023 National Institute of Justice Research Conference

Joy Kaufman, PhD, professor of psychiatry, and Tami Sullivan, PhD, associate professor of psychiatry, gave an invited talk in May at the 2023 National Institute of Justice Research Conference in Virginia.

They shared the results from an evaluation of the multi-site Domestic Violence Homicide Prevention Demonstration Initiative.

Ishita Arora, PhD, postdoctoral associate, presented a poster at the conference in collaboration with Kaufman, Sullivan, and Christopher Maxwell from Michigan State University. The poster highlighted the different perspectives of law enforcement officers and domestic violence service providers regarding the causes of domestic violence.
