Biography

Dr. Taylor Mastin is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress and related concerns. She began her career in the Veterans Health Administration working with Veterans recovering from substance use disorders and comorbid psychiatric diagnoses. She then spent several years as a civilian psychologist for the Defense Health Agency, working with Active Duty Service Members from all branches of the United States Armed Forces and some Canadian allied forces. Her goal as a clinician is to increase access to evidence-based psychotherapy in the populations that need it most. With that goal in mind, she joined Yale's SEICHE Center for Health and Justice, expanding mental health services available to formerly incarcerated individuals living in the New Haven area.
