Biography
Meaghan Stacy, Ph.D. is a regional and national expert in consultation and systems change. Her research, training, clinical, consultation, and administrative efforts focus on the development and improvement of healthcare systems. She provides education regarding consultation and organizational change, and the implementation and evaluation of recovery-oriented and patient-centered mental healthcare. She has worked with the Veterans Crisis Line to implement a graduated intervention menu of evidence-based practices, and served as program evaluation manager for the VA Suicide Prevention Program's Clinical Telehealth Program. Beyond mental healthcare systems, she has provided consultation regarding organizational change, interdisciplinary team functioning, and leadership development in healthcare systems throughout the United States. Through data-driven consultation and action planning, she drives performance improvement and systems change, which overlaps with her academic efforts focused on improving healthcare provision and systems.
