Transforming Mental Healthcare with Digital Tools and AI: Opportunities and Challenges
Sabine Wilhelm, Ph.D., Donovan-Chien Family Endowed Professor at Harvard Medical School and Chief of Psychology at Mass General Brigham, directs the Center for OCD and Related Disorders and the Center for Digital Mental Health at MGH. Her work leverages AI and technology to improve mental health care globally. She develops personalized, scalable digital treatments and has authored over 370 publications and nine books. Dr. Wilhelm has received many major awards, including the NAMI Scientific Research Award and the Peter Ranney Innovation Award, and she holds leadership roles in the International OCD Foundation, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the Society for Digital Mental Health.
