YCCEH Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdoctoral Trainees
The YCCEH sponsors an annual Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdoctoral Trainees pursuing research in the field of non-malignant hematology. This course is designed to enhance scientific career development by providing instruction in the areas of communication, collaboration, and self-organization. The course is presented virtually by HFP Consulting over six 3.5 hour sessions.
Participants are selected from postdoctoral trainees at institutions in the NIDDK-funded Cooperative Centers of Excellence in Hematology (CCEH) network as well as other institutions across the United States. Trainees from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply for this opportunity to learn skills to be leaders in the field of non-malignant hematology research.
Participation in this course will foster interactions between trainees in the non-malignant hematology field.
The 2025 course was held on March 17-28, 2025. Please check back for announcements regarding future course offerings.
