YCCEH Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdoctoral Trainees
The YCCEH sponsors an annual Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdoctoral Trainees pursuing research in the field of non-malignant hematology. This course is designed to enhance scientific career development by providing instruction in the areas of communication, collaboration, and self-organization. The course is presented virtually by HFP Consulting over six 3.5 hour sessions.
Participants are selected from postdoctoral trainees at institutions in the NIDDK-funded Cooperative Centers of Excellence in Hematology (CCEH) network as well as other institutions across the United States. Trainees from backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in the field of non-malignant hematology are encouraged to apply. Participation in this course will foster interactions between trainees in the non-malignant hematology field.
Applications for the 2023 course are now closed. The Call For Applications for the next cycle will be available in early 2024.
