Healthy Air Network

The Pollitt Lab at the Yale School of Public Health collaborates with organizations and community members to improve air quality, increase climate resilience and advocate for environmental justice in Massachusetts through the Healthy Air Network. The Healthy Air Network aims to provide live air quality information to community residents to identify possible sources of air pollution and advocate for changes to improve air quality and health equity in Massachusetts. The Pollitt Lab supports the air monitoring network by calibrating and operating PurpleAir sensors across the region.

Air quality can be view on the map below. Each circle on the map shows an air monitor located in the Healthy Air Network. The color will change based on measured air quality. You can click on each circle for more information about the air quality, including pollen and what precautions to consider – if any.
