E. Jennifer Edelman, MD, MHS is a Professor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine) and Public Health (Social and Behavioral Sciences) at Yale University. Certified as an internist, HIV specialist, and in Addiction Medicine, she provides clinical care at the Yale New Haven Hospital Center for Infectious Disease treating individuals with HIV and substance use disorders. She is Director of the Yale Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS Clinical and Health Services Research Core, co-Director of Education at the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation, and Associate Director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded Research in Addiction Medicine Scholars (RAMS) Program. Funded by the National Institutes of Health, her research over the past 15+ years has focused on understanding and addressing harms of substance use among individuals with and at substantial risk for HIV. She has experience applying a range of methodologies – including observational, interventional and implementation science-based approaches – and collaborating with diverse clinical, community, and public health-based partners. She enjoys mentoring trainees and junior faculty.

Dini Harsono is a program director at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA), Yale School of Public Health, and a researcher in the Partnerships in HIV and Substance Use Research with Community-Informed eXpertise (PHOENIX) Lab, Department of Internal Medicine, Yale School of Medicine. She oversees the coordination of CIRA's programs that support HIV health services and global research, including the Clinical and Health Services Research Core, international research programs, the Yale Global HIV/AIDS Research Network, and the HIV, mobility, and displacement initiatives. As a researcher, she applies mixed methods approaches in support of studies and clinical trials that aim to improve outcomes across the HIV and addiction care cascades. Before coming to Yale, Dini held research and programmatic roles in the UK and Indonesia working in the fields of addiction, mental health, and HIV prevention. She earned her MSc in Psychological Approaches to Health at University of Leeds, and Bachelor in Psychology at Universitas Indonesia.

Alyssa Grimshaw is a Biomedical Research and Methodology Librarian. She earned a post-master's certificate as an interprofessional informationist at Simmons University School of Library and Information Sciences. As an information expert, she collaborates on evidence synthesis and meta-research projects. Her research interests include reproducibility, reporting, and housing impacts on public health. Alyssa provides in-­depth reference, information, research and consultation services for clinical professionals and users in the health sciences community, including literature searches in support of systematic reviews, research, grants, clinical practice, animal use, teaching, and publishing.
