DOM-CovX

The Department of Medicine COVID Explorer (DOM-CovX) is a tool aimed at democratization of clinical data for the purpose of furthering clinical research and hypothesis generation. The tool consists of a de-identified dataset of aggregated data from almost 30,000 COVID hospitalizations. The website provides simple visualizations of clinical variables from this dataset. Researchers, with approval from the Institutional Review Board, can be granted access to the data for subsequent analyses.

DOM-CovX is working with other Yale collaborators to incorporate novel data elements collected by researchers into the larger database.
