About

Biography

I graduated from Harvard College in 2018, where I received Magna Cum Laude with highest honors in the History of Science with my thesis on disability rights and feminist activism in 1980s-90s Boston. Following my undergraduate education, I conducted clinical research at Boston Children's Hospital in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. At Yale, I am pursuing an MD/PhD in the History of Science and Medicine. My dissertation explores changing meanings of the clinician-patient relationship through analyzing new forms of clinical skills teaching in medical and nursing schools from 1950 to 2000. Research interests include histories of health activism, medical and nursing education, and medical sociology.
