Developing Programs for Parents of an LGBTQ+ person (all ages)
Participate in Studies with the Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative
The Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative conducts studies to better understand and improve the mental health of LGBTQ+ populations in the US and around the world. The initiative is actively recruiting parents of LGBTQ+ youth, queer women, and other members of the LGBTQ+ community in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Several studies offer compensation to participants that are eligible and selected. Studies may also offer other benefits, such as free therapy sessions. Learn more about each study and the eligibility requirements below.
