Tuberculosis Transmission Between Residents and Migrants in Shanghai Revealed Through Genomic and Spatial Analysis
Welcome to the Ted Cohen Lab
We are a group of individuals with diverse academic backgrounds conducting research that contributes to the global effort to control two infectious diseases of public health importance: tuberculosis (TB) and HIV.
Our group includes individuals with training in clinical medicine, epidemiology, statistics, applied mathematics and operations research. Our work is both applied and theoretical and we are currently engaged in research projects with partners in Africa, Eastern Europe, and The Americas.
We believe that the best solutions to the complex challenges associated with control of TB and HIV are likely to arise through collaborative work between individuals with different training, skills, and perspectives. We welcome opportunities to widen our work through collaboration with others who are engaged in similar endeavors.
