Website Access

If you are purchasing web access for your residency, your institution contact person will be emailed a spreadsheet to complete with ALL your user names. Once we receive the spreadsheet back, users will be added to our system and individual emails will be generated asking the user to set up their own personal password for our site. We will continue to make updates to the website and will keep you posted as features are added. Annual access (two volumes) for a single training program with 29 or less residents/students is $600 per year. The price for programs with 30 or more residents/students is $800 per year. Individuals not affiliated with training programs can obtain single-user access for $400 for the year and must be paid via credit card before the subscription begins. If you would like to receive a print version of the Curriculum, the cost is $50 per printed book. Flash drives are available upon request for no added fee. Please contact to order a printed book(s). Money received will allow us to maintain and gradually increase the capabilities of the website. Subscriptions will automatically renew after the first year and subsequent years. Subscriptions are per individual program. If two programs have separate ACGME numbers then that would be two separate subscriptions. If you wish to cancel a subscription it must be done, in writing, prior to June 1 for the Fall volume and prior to December 1 for the Spring volume. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Denise Brennan at Please note that we no longer offer CME credit.

You may pay for your subscription with a credit card or by check. Please click here to access the subscription form.
