What is your role within Yale Dermatology, and when did you join the department?
What inspired you to choose Yale?
Yale is one of the world's most respected institutions. Working for Yale meant contributing to meaningful work while also having access to learning and development programs, training opportunities, and growth in my career.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy mentoring and leading my team. Watching and supporting their growth and our success as a team is very satisfying.
What are you looking forward to the most in 2025?
I'm looking forward to continuing to improve and implement greater efficiencies in our clinical operations.
Do you have any hobbies?
When I am not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my two children or out on a nice long walk with my dogs!
