Apply to the BA-BS/MPH Program

Yale College students interested in the five year BA-BS/ MPH program apply for admission in the fall semester of their junior year. The next round of admissions - for students in the Yale College Class of 2014 - is scheduled for the fall 2012 semester. Application forms are available here. The application period opens on October 1, 2012 and closes at 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2012. A committee of faculty from the School of Public Health will review the applications, and will select a group of candidates to be interviewed. Interviews will be scheduled prior to the Thanksgiving break. Final admissions decisions will be made in early December.

A completed application consists of the following:

• Application Form
• Official Yale College transcript
• SAT Scores
• Personal Statement
• Two Letters of Recommendation – at least one recommendation must come from a Yale College course instructor.
• Residential College Dean's approval form
• $60 application fee
