Health Outreach to Teens (HOTT)

Free comprehensive primary care for youth, 13-22. Medical care, mental health counseling, referrals for group support/specialty care. Open to all, but designed for LGBT/questioning/homeless youth.

The Center, Gender Identity Project

Peer and professional-based counseling, support groups and transcommunity events, as well as information and referrals, and HIV/AIDS prevention for transgender, gender-different, gender-questioning people, their partners and families. The Door–A Center of Alternatives, Inc
