Please be advised that Yale School of Medicine Facilities Construction & Renovation has relocated to 100 Church Street South, Suite 214.  

Temporary visitors  parking at 100 Church Street South are to pick up a parking pass from the guard and display it on their windshield.  The pass needs to be dropped off in a designated box located by the  gate prior to exiting. Our phone and fax numbers have not changed.  Please note our new mailing address:
