The objective of the GLIDES project is the development, implementation and evaluation of demonstrations that advance understanding of how best to incorporate clinical decision support (CDS) into the delivery of healthcare. The project was performed by Yale University School of Medicine under contract to the US Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)-contract number 290-08-10011. Yale collaborated with a wide range of guideline developers and implementers including the ECRI Institute, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNSF), the American Urological Association (AUA), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia (CHOP), Geisinger Health System, Alliance of Chicago, and Nemours.
