Biography
Anne Dutton is a mindfulness and meditation instructor, psychotherapist, somatic therapist, clinician for on-going research trials at Yale, and Buddhist scholar. She teaches the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the Yale Stress Center and the Copper Beech Institute in Hartford. She has a private integrative psychotherapy practice in New Haven, CT. Anne holds a master’s degree in Buddhist Studies from Yale University, a master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, and a certificate in psychoanalytic psychology from the Western New England Psychoanalytic Institute. She is certified as a mindfulness teacher through the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, as a yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and as a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
