The application deadline is December 15. All candidates begin their program in the fall term. All applicants are notified of final action by April 1st. The non-refundable application fee $105.

All applicants must submit the results of their Graduate Record Examinations (GRE). For information regarding GRE registration and test administration, please visit the Educational Testing Service (ETS) website. The institution code for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences is 3987. MCAT scores are accepted ONLY for candidates applying to the MS in Chronic Disease Epidemiology. Foreign nationals must submit official test scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The requirement for the TOEFL can be waived only for applicants who will have received a baccalaureate degree, or its foreign equivalent, prior to matriculation at Yale, from a university or college where English is the primary language of instruction. Applicants must have studied in residence at the baccalaureate institution for at least three (3) years to receive the waiver. A waiver will not be granted on the basis of an advanced degree (M.A./M.S.or Ph.D) from any institution. TOEFL scores must be sent to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (institution code 3987). We do not have a minimum GRE or TOEFL score requirement.
