Dr. Stowe, a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University School of Public Health, is interested in epidemiology, and occupational and environmental health. Her research has focused on air quality and its health effects, related to radon, the natural gas industry and isocyanates, chemicals widely used in auto body repair shops and spray polyurethane foams. Dr. Stowe has taught courses in Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Health, and Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
