The YCRC operates Yale's 4 HPC clusters, comprising more than 30,000 cpus and 11 Petabytes of storage. These resources are available to all Yale researchers at no cost for basic usage. We provide consulting services: assisting users in installation of software, storage management, data transfer, debugging and code optimization. We'll present an overview of the YCRC and the resources available to you.
Rob received his Ph.D. in computer science from Yale, and since then has been involved in parallel and high-performance computing, especially as it relates to the life sciences. He's led Yale's biomedical HPC team since 2005.
