INFORMATION FOR

Yale Center for Implementation Science (YCIS)

The mission of the Yale Center for Implementation Science (YCIS) is to accelerate the late-stage translation of evidence-based treatments, practices, and policies to improve the health of the citizens of New Haven and beyond.

Our population-based approach, which includes participation by all leading health systems in the area, as well as public health agencies and nonprofit organizations, will develop a model of implementation science, embedded in the community, that can serve as a model for widespread dissemination.

Training in Implementation Science

Yale Scholars in Implementation Science (YSIS) is the training core for the Center.

YSIS is funded by a 5 year National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute K12 award and is designed to train junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows late-stage dissemination and implementation science.
