PrecISE: Precision Interventions for Severe and/or Exacerbation-Prone Asthma Network

What is the purpose of this trial?

Researchers at Yale University are conducting a study to find new treatments for severe asthma that is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health

The Precision Interventions for Severe and/or Exacerbation-Prone Asthma Network Study (“PrecISE”) is screening people with severe asthma. You may be eligible to participate in the PrecISE Study if you meet certain criteria.

Multiple treatments will be tested in a placebo controlled randomized trial. Each participant will participate in at least 2 treatment periods (up to 5 treatment periods).
