Combining Varenicline and Guanfacine for Smoking Cessation

What is the purpose of this trial?

In this study, we are looking at how the medications Varenicline and Guanfacine can be used to treat smoking. Participants will receive either Varenicline or Varenicline plus Guanfacine.
