What is the purpose of this trial?
The primary investigational aim of this study is to determine whether increasing genetic dose of schizophrenia-associated risk alleles at the C4 gene are associated (negatively correlated) with regional synaptic density in the living human brain as measured by 11C-UCB-J PET.
