An Intervention to Reduce Readmission Rates in Young Women with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

What is the purpose of this trial?

We are recruiting young women (18-55 years) who experienced a recurrent heart attack to participate in an American Heart Association (AHA) funded research project. The goal of this project is to develop a behavioral intervention to reduce readmission rates and improve outcomes for young women following an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Women can complete one or both activities:

  • One 30-minute interview
  • One focus group meeting

$25 gift card provided as a thank you.
